TALENT4Life delivers programmes to 3 different groups of learners:

• Pre - 16
• Post - 16
• Adults

Pre - 16 Learners

These programmes are developed to re-engage young people who, for whatever reason, find themselves disengaged from the mainstream education and training environment.

Pre - 16 programmes can also be designed to prepare young learners for their work experience placements and future employment.

Post - 16 Learners

These programmes are designed to prepare 16 - 19 year old learners for entry into further education or employment.

Adult Learners

These programmes are designed for people who are out of work and looking to gain the skills to improve their employability or people who are in work but need improve their skills or take some statutory training for the workplace.
