Working with Talent 4 Life

Talent 4 Life delivers a wide range of alternative curriculum programmes. In addition to the full time NEET Avoidance Programmes (NAP) we also deliver a range of bespoke short courses on an as required basis. This requires a flexible bank of part time or sub contracted staff. With that in mind we would like to hear from anybody interested in the following posts:

Child care Trainer Required - **NEW**

The role is to teach ealry years foundation level 1, only want part time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. More info....

Early Years Educational Instructor - **NEW**

The role is to deliver the new early years qualifications awarded by CACHE, in particular the Level 1 Award in Getting Started in a Pre-School Setting and the Level 1 Foundation Award in Caring for Children, at our new training centre in Leicester City centre. More info ....

The successful candidate must be able to deliver these qualifications up to Level 2 but a higher level would be desirable. Experience of working with E2E would be useful but isn't essential.

Educational Instructor

The role is to deliver a programme of study based on alternative curriculum programmes to students taking part in the Talent 4 Life projects to increase their employment, education or training opportunities at Key Stages 2, 3, and 4. More info ....

Assistant Educational Instructor

The role is to provide mentoring support to the students and support the Educational Instructor in delivering a programme of study based on alternative curriculum programmes to students taking part in the Talent 4 Life projects to increase their employment, education or training opportunities at Key Stages 2, 3, and 4. Volunteer Support

The role is to support the education staff and is suited to someone with spare time and a desire to work with and support the development of young people. More info ....
